As we move from the information age to the conceptual age, a demand is placed on organisations to complement qualities dependent on “left brain thinking” (logic and knowledge) with those associated with right-brained processes (intuition and creative thinking).
As described by Alan Greenspan, former chairman of the Federal Reserve Board: "The growth of the conceptual component of output has brought with it accelerating demands for workers who are equipped not simply with technical know-how, but with the ability to create, analyze, and transform information and to interact effectively with others”. The focus of this workshop is to lead self and others into an effective strong life in the conceptual age.
