
Purpose Statement
Llewellyn Driver loves to inspire people – to help them grow and reach goals – leveraging each person’s uniqueness at all levels within an organisation. A passion for people and placing a high regard on relationships has proven to be rewarding in many instances. With an innate ability to rally people around a common goal or purpose, Llewellyn instils a winning spirit in teams - the result being successful transformation of vision into behaviour and teams attaining their goals.
With an extensive career history managing top performing teams in the competitive corporate, health insurance environment, Llewellyn’s own journey of professional development has forged key learnings and valuable principles of successful leadership. Further learning through the completion of management development programs at WITS University and the GIBS Institute for Business Science, and a rigorous Coaching Certificate program through Regent University launched him into this current position of professional coach, trainer and consultant. Now ongoing opportunities to apply and share these learnings across various leadership roles allow Llewellyn Driver to share a transformation leadership vision and help and encourage individuals to live strong lives. The gifts, talents and purpose that Llewellyn Driver possesses – to grow, mentor, encourage, and inspire people – coupled with an inherent belief in people, has led to numerous individuals within teams to excel in their positions and responsibilities. Indeed, it is a privilege to grow and launch people into successful management and leadership roles. This is the primary reason for the creation and realization of his own leadership and management development company called Leadership Oxygen.

Strengths, Life, Management and Executive Coach 01/2008 to Current Leadership Oxygen (LO2) Owner of LO2, a leadership and development company trough which I had the privilege to coach leaders and managers on a corporate level and life coaching on an individual level.
Mentor/Coach 2011 Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Coaching and mentoring a fellow of the foundation as part of their development.

Coaching
The outcomes I desire from my coaching is to help people grow faster, perform at higher levels, understand themselves more deeply and live with greater purpose and fulfillment. Coaching for me is basically; - A transformational conversation: powerful, incisive coaching questions that stimulate a person to examine the things in life, or a career that matter the most, from new angles. - A transparent relationship, a support system for change and continuous leadership development.
