The seelearndo principle is well described through a quotation by Ken Blanchard: “The gap between learning and doing is far greater than the gap between ignorance and knowledge”. We are about bridging the learn-do gap. We believe that mind-sets drive behaviour, and therefore that sustainable change can only be achieved when mind-sets change.

To us, "see" is about gaining a clarity or awareness, "learn" is about changing mind-sets, and "do" is about finding new options and strategies as changed behaviour is released from changed mind-sets. We believe that the beginning of wealth creation is when we strategically position ourselves to make the contribution that is sourced from the talents, desires, passions and strengths of our radically unique person, as opposed to operating in areas of weakness and non-talent. To us strong life is not only about the lives we live, but about the life that issues from inside us.

We believe that every individual is radically unique and therefore the best that they can offer is also unique. An important step to living a strong life is to discover, celebrate and leverage this unique potential. We have found it counterproductive though to enable people in the area of talent and uniqueness without establishing an internal boundaries framework which contributes to the restoration of the respect for the sanctity of life and free will of self and others, and which enables people to make continually higher quality decisions throughout their lives.We believe that relationships are core and not peripheral to the human spirit, and that the highest level returns from released and enabled personal uniqueness, including talents and strengths, are often in some way found in healthy inter-dependent relationships.

When it comes to leadership, we believe that the measure of authority we’ll have in life depends on the way we govern ourselves first; and that every person has a unique style of leading self and others. To us the core principle of strong life leadership is release as opposed to control, because control kills the human spirit and makes it useless when it comes to the issues of strong life.
